Dilly Gardenia Mix

Dilly Gardenia Mix
2 large heads of Cauliflower
3 lbs of carrots
4 medium, onions
Brine:
10 cups of water
10 cups of vinegar
1 cup of canning salt
In Each Jar you will add:
1 head of fresh Dill
1 clove of garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon of minced)
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Clean and cut all veggies to size as desired. I use my crinkle cutter for the carrots. Cauliflower in bite size pieces. Onions I cut in quarters and then seperate.

Once you have your veggies all cut up. Sterilize your jars and heat your seals.
In the hot jars add the spices and then pack with the veggies. Mixing and layering as you go. Cover veggies in jars with hot brine. Place hot seals on and water bath for 10 minutes to seal.

Recipe Yields 8 quarts
